1. Scope
These Terms & Licence govern access to and use of Maximus Controller products, materials, and related buyer content made available through maximuscontroller.com and its authorised checkout flow.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Maximus Controller product, you agree to these Terms & Licence.

3. Product Nature
Maximus Controller products are delivered as digital licence-based materials.
They are designed to support governance, operating discipline, and structured execution. They do not constitute accounting, audit, tax, legal, regulatory, or other professional advice.
4. Licence Grant
Subject to successful payment and compliance with these Terms & Licence, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product within the permitted scope of the purchased tier.
The licence is granted for internal use only, within the limits stated for the relevant product tier.
5. Licence Tiers
T1 — Department
Permitted for use within one department or team inside a single legal entity, subject to the user limits stated at purchase.
T2 — Company
Permitted for internal use across one legal entity company.
T3 — Group / Enterprise
Permitted for internal use across the licensed parent company and the licensed group entities stated at purchase.
Use outside the licensed scope is not permitted unless separately authorised in writing.
6. Restrictions
Unless expressly authorised in writing, the buyer may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product outside the licensed organisation
- Upload the product for public access
- Present the product as their own intellectual property
- Remove protected branding, reserved wording, or legal notices
- Use the product outside the purchased licence scope
7. Editable Zones
Where a product includes clearly marked editable zones, those zones may be adapted for internal use within the licensed scope.
All non-editable structure, branding, design elements, reserved wording, and protected components must remain intact.
8. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally through the official Maximus Controller website and its authorised checkout or fulfilment flow.
No physical shipment is provided.
9. Licence Key
Each purchase may include a licence key or equivalent purchase identifier.
Licence verification may be required for access support, buyer updates, and administrative assistance.
10. Refunds
All sales are final.
Because products are delivered digitally and access is granted upon purchase, no refunds are provided except where required by applicable law.
11. Support
Support is handled asynchronously and is primarily administrative and buyer-specific.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, support does not include bespoke consulting, implementation services, legal review, accounting review, or ongoing advisory services.
12. Product Updates
Maximus Controller may issue revisions, corrections, or updates from time to time.
Any update availability, access method, or buyer notification process will be determined by Maximus Controller in its discretion.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, text, layouts, formats, branding, product structures, materials, and related assets remain the intellectual property of Maximus Controller and/or its operator unless otherwise stated.
Purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
14. Disclaimer
Maximus Controller products are provided on an “as is” basis for general operating and governance use.
The buyer remains responsible for assessing suitability, internal compliance, and alignment with its own legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, operational, and governance requirements.
15. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maximus Controller and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the purchase, access, or use of the products.
Nothing in these Terms & Licence excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
